REVIVAL OF DEFAULT JUDGEMENT

Where the defendant has failed to file WSD after the court has set aside the default Judgement upon production of the good cause by the defendant and order defendant to file WDS within a specified time, Default Judgement shall REVIVE.

ITS EFFECT

The judgement revived shall neither be set aside nor appealed against. (No Appeal)
